Transactions go to mediation when there are potential problems related to the ownership of the funds in escrow. Upon entering mediation, our team is responsible for contacting both sides through the transaction chat to request and verify the necessary information and complete the transaction on behalf of the appropriate person, letting both partners know the outcome of the transaction.
Important: In a transaction that enters mediation, both sides can continue to communicate via chat in the application. In case they reach an agreement, they can complete the transaction without the intervention of the support team.
