Users participating in the Airners Discord server (channels: general chat, links-url, let's connect, and open-mic) agree to contribute meaningful messages that enrich the community, in exchange for XP and entry into monthly giveaways.
2. Special ranks
2.1. Airner Bronze — level 5

2.2. Airner Silver II — level 10
- Airner Silver II role with distinctive emoji
- Monthly giveaway for 5 USDC — up to 5 winners
2.3. Airner Silver III — level 15
- Airner Silver III role with distinctive badge
- Monthly giveaway for 10 USDC — up to 3 winners
2.4. Airner Gold — level 20 (highest rank)
- Airner Gold role with badge; access to exclusive events
- Monthly giveaway for 15 USDC — up to 2 winners
3. XP reset
XP resets on the last day of the month at 23:50 (Argentina time), starting a new monthly cycle.
4. Penalties for chat misuse
- Irrelevant messages: −80 XP per message.
Example: talking about your vacation in a microtasks channel, or asking for account support in a general channel. - Empty, senseless, or spammy messages clearly intended to farm XP: −120 XP per message.
Example: repeatedly sending "hello" or emojis without context. - Insulting, offensive, or demeaning messages toward other Airners: −500 XP per message.
Example: personal insults or derogatory comments about another participant's skills or knowledge.
5. Modifications and adaptations
These terms may be adjusted based on community feedback and at Airtm's discretion. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing any changes.
6. Eligible countries
The program applies in all countries where Airtm operates. See restricted regions here.
7. Participation conditions
- Be an Airtm user with a verified account.
- Have earned XP points on the server.
- Have completed your information in the get-verified channel on Discord.
8. Prize payment
The prize will be credited to the winner's Airtm account within 7 business days of the announcement.
9. Additional conditions
- The program applies to individual verified Airtm accounts and is void where prohibited by local law.
- A member of the Airners Discord community can only be linked to a single Airtm account that they own.
- Airtm reserves the right to modify these terms and disqualify any participant suspected of violating the rules or channel guidelines.
- Employees and collaborators of the Organizer are not eligible.
- Participation implies authorization to publish the Discord username in the media where the promotion is advertised.
- Participants are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and must report any unauthorized access.
- Participation implies acceptance of these terms and Airtm's terms of service.
