After 30 days without activity, your bonus expires and may be reallocated to other users so they can also benefit from the offer.
8. Can I withdraw or transfer the bonus?
No. The bonus isn’t cash and can’t be withdrawn or transferred. It only works as a credit to cover Airtm fees.
9. How do I receive my Welcome Bonus?
You just need to meet the basic requirements: have a verified (KYC) Airtm account and either sign up through a valid referral link or receive your first payout from an Airtm partner.
10. Why can’t I use my bonus yet?
If you haven’t made a withdrawal yet, it might be because you haven’t received or added funds. You can do this through US Virtual Account, Crypto Add, or P2P to get started.
