1. Operating hours and processing times
Manual funding and withdrawal requests are processed Monday through Friday at 12 PM and 5 PM Central Standard Time.
Please note: we do not process transactions on US holidays or weekends. We always try our best to process them as soon as possible.
2. Bank transfer processing times
Funding
Domestic (US) wire transfers are usually processed the same business day or the following business day. Free ACH transfers can take up to 2–5 business days to arrive. International wire transfers can take up to 9 business days to arrive.
Withdrawals
Bank transfer settlements from your Airtm account to your bank account can take up to 1 business day to be processed by our Finance department.
3. Crypto transfer processing times
Funding (Manual)
Crypto top-ups managed by our Finance team can take up to 1 business day to be processed.
Funding (Direct)
Direct crypto top-ups from your Airtm dashboard usually take only a few minutes to be credited.
Crypto Withdrawals
Crypto withdrawals managed by our Finance team can take up to 2–3 business days to be processed.
