How do I withdraw directly to my bank?

  1. Select Withdraw from the menu.
  2. Enter the amount and in the Direct tab, click Continue. If you haven't done so yet, you'll be asked to verify with Airtm.
  3. Complete the form to set up your local bank account.
  4. Review the information and confirm the transaction. Funds will arrive in your bank account within 2 business days.

*Withdrawal limits are $1,800 USDC per transaction and $8,000 USDC per month ($3,000 USDC/month for Brazil, $2,000 USDC/month for Argentina).

To withdraw to a third-party account, we recommend using the Request tab instead of the Direct tab.

Transactions cannot be cancelled manually. If the bank cannot locate the account, funds are automatically returned within up to 3 business days.

*Availability of direct withdrawals in some regions is subject to demand fluctuations and operational factors.
