1. What does the promotion consist of?

From January 1st to December 31st, 2024, start transacting with our new partner and receive a bonus of 5 Airpoints.

2. What is the validity of the promotion?

All users who receive payments from a partner for the first time in their Airtm account during the period from January 1st to December 31st, 2024, will be eligible for the aforementioned conditions.

3. Which countries does the promotion apply to?

The promotion is valid for all Airtm users, except those residing in countries where it is prohibited by local law.

4. What conditions must be met?

• To participate in the promotion, it is required that the user has an Airtm account and has completed the identity verification process.
• The user must receive the bonus promotion via email.
• They must have received at least 1 payment from a partner (with whom they have not transacted before the promotion period) during the period from January 1st to December 31st, 2024.
• To access this benefit, you must click on the blue button that will be included in the pop-up or email.

5. How and when will the benefit be paid?

• The benefit will consist of the crediting of 5 Airpoints bonus for each new payment received, only once and within the promotion period.
• The maximum number of points that will be credited per user is 15 Airpoints per month.
• The points will be credited within 24 hours after completing any of the aforementioned transactions.
• The benefit cannot be redeemed for any other goods or services not provided for in these Terms. All costs arising from participation, obtaining, allocation, and withdrawal of the benefit, as well as any taxes, fees, contributions, tariffs, or sums of money currently payable due to participation in the promotion or that may be imposed in the future on the benefit, including travel and accommodation expenses incurred when claiming, withdrawing, or using the benefit, will be the sole responsibility of the user.

6. Additional Conditions:

• The promotion applies to individual accounts only and will be void where prohibited by local law.
• We reserve the right to disqualify any participant whom we suspect of violating these rules or engaging in fraudulent transactions.
• Only verified individual accounts (not enterprise, ambassadors, influencers) will be eligible as winners.
