1 - What does the promotion consist of?

From November 27 to December 11, 2024, Airtm is offering new users the opportunity to receive $5 USDC cashback by:

• Adding funds to their Airtm account.
• Sending at least $25 USDC to one of the following partner platforms: Deriv, Hapi.

Promotion Budget:

• Total available funds: $5,000 USDC.
• The reward is distributed as $5 USDC to the first 1,000 eligible users who meet the conditions.

2 - What is the duration of the promotion?

The promotion is valid from 12:00 AM UTC, November 27, 2024, to 11:59 PM UTC, December 11, 2024. Transactions made outside this timeframe will not qualify.

3- In which countries will the promotion apply?

Botswana, Bolivia, Costa Rica, Uzbekistan, Jamaica, Kenya, Ecuador, Colombia, Chile, Guatemala and Peru.

4- What conditions must be met?

To qualify for the promotion, users must:

• Have an active and verified Airtm account.
• Be registered with one of Airtm’s partner platforms (Deriv, Hapi).
• Complete the following actions within the promotion period:
• Add funds to their Airtm account.
• Send a minimum of $25 USDC to any of the participating partner platforms.
• Users who register with Airtm after the promotion period are not eligible.

Step-by-step to get the Cashback:

1. Open an Airtm account.
2. Complete the verification process in your Airtm account.
3. Add funds to your Airtm account.
4. Send at least $25 USDC to the partner of your choice.
5. Done! You’ve earned cashback for the completed transaction.

5- How and when will the benefit be paid?

• The cashback will be credited to eligible users’ Airtm accounts within 72 hours of completing the qualifying transaction.
• Airtm will grant a total of $5000 USDC in refunds or "cashback" during this promotion. 
• The maximum refund Airtm will grant per user is $5 USDC. 
• The benefit will be paid within 72 hours of completing any of the above transactions.
•  The benefit cannot be exchanged for any other good or service other than those specified in these terms. All costs derived from participation, the collection, or withdrawal of the benefit, as well as any taxes, fees, contributions, tariffs, or sums of money due as a result of participating in the promotion, will be borne exclusively by the user.

6- Additional conditions:

• We reserve the right to disqualify any participant we suspect of violating these rules, the terms of service, or engaging in fraudulent transactions.
•  Only verified and individual accounts (not enterprise, ambassadors, influencers) are eligible as winners.
•  Only one refund per partner per user applies to the first transaction within the promotion period.
