Why is the product not available for me?
Availability depends on several factors that are evaluated on an ongoing basis:
- Country availability: Loans are currently only available in Guatemala. Users in more countries will be eligible soon.
- Account activity: the more transactions you have in Airtm, the higher the chances the product will be enabled for you in the future.
- Risk profile: your score and the overall state of your account are continuously evaluated by Tala to determine access.
If it's not yet available, keep using Airtm regularly — access may be activated in the future.
