How to Transfer USDC from Billy Wallet to Airtm (Stellar Network)

Before You Start

To ensure your transfer is credited correctly:

• Send USDC (not XLM)

• Select the Stellar network

• Copy and paste both the Wallet Address and the Memo (the memo is required)

Step 1: Get Your USDC (Stellar) Deposit Details in Airtm

1. Open the Airtm app.

2. Go to Funds.

3. Tap Stablecoins.

4. Select the Add tab.

5. Choose USDC.

6. Select USDC (Stellar) as the network.

7. Copy and save the following:

   • Wallet Address

   • Memo (Required)

Make sure you copy both exactly as shown.

⚠️ The Memo is mandatory.
If you forget it or enter it incorrectly, your funds may not be credited automatically.

Step 2: Send USDC from Billy Wallet to Airtm

1. Open Billy Wallet.

2. Go to Wallet.

3. Select USDC.

4. Tap Withdraw (or Redeem Token).

5. Under External Wallet, choose Stellar Network.

6. Enter the details:

   • Address: Paste the Airtm Wallet Address

   • Memo: Paste the Airtm Memo

7. Enter the amount of USDC you want to send.

8. Carefully review:

   • Token: USDC

   • Network: Stellar

   • Address: Correct

   • Memo: Correct

9. Confirm the transaction.

Processing Time

Transfers on the Stellar network typically take 1–5 minutes to be credited in Airtm.

Important Tips to Avoid Errors

• Always double-check the memo before confirming.

• Do not use other networks (such as Ethereum/ERC20) if you selected Stellar on Airtm.

• If this is your first transfer, consider sending a small test amount first.

• Copy and paste the address and memo — do not type them manually.

What to Do If the Funds Are Not Credited

If your transfer does not appear in Airtm:

Make sure you have:

• The Transaction ID (TXID / Hash)

• The amount sent

• The network used (Stellar)

• The address and memo entered

Then contact support@airtm.io with this information so the transaction can be reviewed.
