Access to the advanced board can be removed as a result of misconduct or improper use. Repeatedly canceling transactions is an example of improper conduct.
Options before requesting a cancellation
If the peer is not in the chat: wait for the transaction to be automatically canceled by the timer.
If the peer doesn't know how to operate: be patient and guide them. You can wait for the timer or help them understand the process so the operation succeeds.
If you don't trust the counterparty: report the situation to the support team and wait for the timer to automatically cancel the transaction.
If you keep accidentally accepting transactions on the mobile app: consider accessing the platform from a web browser in desktop mode or from a computer.
If the peer asks to cancel without a valid reason: let them know you'll wait for the timer, but that if they wish, they can request the cancellation and you'll accept it.
If the external service has been failing: make sure the bank or wallet is working correctly before accepting the transaction, not after.
If Airtm is experiencing issues: report it to the support team and wait for the timer to automatically cancel the transaction.
