Due to our anti-money laundering policies, the email address on your e-wallets must match the email address on file with Airtm.
You can add a secondary email in your payment processor to match the associated email on our platform. When first configuring a payment method that requires an email, you will now be able to select to add a “Secondary email” to your Airtm account. You will need to authenticate ownership of the email by clicking through an email sent to your secondary email. Once the secondary email is authenticated, it will be visible at the bottom of the /settings/profile page and will be available to be selected in a dropdown for the payment method’s email configuration field.
