How to verify your Airtm account

Steps to verify your account

Before you start: You will need a device with a camera (mobile or PC) and your ID document at hand.

1. Go to Settings: In the Airtm main menu, select "Settings".
2. Start verification: Click on the "Verification" tab and select the "Verify documents now" button.
3. Set up your document: Choose the issuing country and the document type (ID Card, Passport, or Driver's License).
4. Upload photos:
   • Upload a clear photo of the front and back of your document.
   • Take a selfie where your face is clearly visible.
5. Wait for confirmation: Your information will be sent for review. You will receive a confirmation email within approximately 24 hours.
