Can I send money from my EUR Virtual Account? No. The EUR Virtual Account is for receiving payments only. Outgoing transfers are not supported.
What happens if someone sends me a SWIFT transfer? The transfer will be rejected automatically. Your EUR Virtual Account only accepts SEPA transfers in euros.
Is the IBAN in my name? No. The IBAN is registered under Bridge Ventures, not your name. Some platforms that require the account holder to match the payment recipient may not be compatible.
In what currency do I receive funds? Funds are credited to your EURC balance — your euro balance inside Airtm. From there you can convert to USDC, withdraw to a European bank account, or send to another Airtm user. See What is the EURC balance? for details.
How long does a payment take to arrive? It depends on the SEPA transfer type: SEPA Instant: same business day. Standard SEPA: up to 3 business days.

Can I use my EUR Virtual Account with Payoneer, Deel, or Wise? Yes, as long as those platforms do not require the IBAN to be registered in your name. Check with each platform if you have doubts about compatibility.
